• Eat whole grain food as much as possible. Eat three meals per day and never go over 5 hours without food.
  • Reduce your consumption of sugar and white flour products.
  • Drink one glass of warm water after getting up.
  • Eat a high amount of protein with a combination of vegetables, fruits, beans and whole grain. The ratio is 1/3 protein 2/3 fruit /vegetable.
  • Change the oil you consume every so often (olive oil, fish oil, butternut oil, grape seeds oil, avoiding corn oil.) Also eat nuts and seeds.
  • Get purified or mineral water and drink enough throughout the day. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.
  • Stop caffeine and self-medication.
  • Drink green tea or herbal tea.
  • Take a high quality supplement to keep enough nutrients in the body.
  • Exercise and meditate regularly at least three times per week.
  • Walk 20 minutes a day.
  • Get enough sleep to relax the body and mind and go to sleep before 10 pm.
